Our team has literally worked through the night on this setting up the best way to order this test. Vibrant has worked tirelessly with the Mayo Clinic to establish this test.
This test will include antibodies (IgG, IgM and IgA) that will tell you if you have an active infection or a past exposure / infection that is not currently active.
You will receive a test kit 1 day from the submission of our office to Vibrant. The instructions are:
Follow directions inside the test kit to do a finger prick and collect the sample.
Place this back in the test kit.
Send back to Vibrant.
We will work diligently to provide you with your results ASAP. When ordering we will try to make it so that you have an account created with Vibrant and can check your own results.
I highly suggest that you begin submitting orders ASAP. We will not be able to place orders with Vibrant until Wednesday 3/25. Kits will begin to ship out from Vibrant on 3/30.
As orders are submitted from our online site they will be placed in an order que and we will submit orders to Vibrant in the order that we receive the online orders. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO CORRECTLY TYPE YOUR SHIPPING AND BILLING INFORMATION IN THE ORDER FORM ONLINE. WE WILL NOT HAVE TIME TO CALL AND INQUIRE ABOUT THIS UNTIL AFTER ALL OTHER ORDERS ARE PLACED.
